Why should you choose us for your Orlando vacation home villa?

If you’re looking for a good value Orlando vacation rental in the Disney area you’re at the right place. As this is a short term vacation rental we will take bookings for as little as two nights if we have availability. You can find cheap vacation villas in Orlando to compare in price but they probably wont match us for value and quality. When it comes to Orlando Florida house rental we have an outstanding location in Sunridge Woods at a very competitive rate. This might look like a cheap Orlando villa vacation but we have kept our prices low in order to develop our new business. We remodelled the house in September 2004  and started renting in 2005. We believe we are offering a rate that would be hard to beat, when you consider the quality and condition, combined with a sought after central location convenient for exploring Florida and close to the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando.

 Wouldn’t I save money staying in a Hotel or Motel? 

Maybe you could save a little money by staying in low priced motels around  Kissimmee, but you wouldn’t get the private facilities that you get with a house rental. A cheap Orlando Florida villa vacation will be far better value than a cheap motel, if you choose carefully. Our first vacation in Florida wasn’t a luxury villa vacation in Orlando, We stayed a few days in a budget hotel on International Drive and then checked out and moved to a cheap motel in Orlando. We spent the second week of our first holiday touring and exploring and spent a little time in Fort Lauderdale. We had more cheap vacations in Florida staying in low priced accommodation in motels in  Kissimmee. We didn’t think we could afford a villa in Florida, How wrong we were! Now we know that a vacation rental house in Orlando can be a cheap vacation, even with  a location as great as Sunridge Woods and being so near Disney World. Florida rental villas are probably the best value property rentals in the USA. And possibly the world

Does cheap mean low standards & poor quality? If this is your first time in Florida make it a luxury Orlando villa vacation and you’ll see why so many visitors in Orlando rent vacation villas. I would advise that you take care in choosing your pool home rental and consider the quality & value, so you avoid the really poorly maintained vacation villas, which may not be as clean, fresh and comfortable as you had been expecting.  There are thousands of vacation villas in and around Orlando and there are tens of thousands of repeat visitors. Many booking the best value rental properties Orlando has to offer because they’ve been before and have found the right vacation rental to suit their requirements and budget. There are so many properties for rent in Orlando, it could be said to be swamped with them.

How can I be sure that you’re as close to the attractions as you claim?

Take a look at our map or check a route planner on the web. Our address is Sunridge Woods in Davenport but we are actually much closer to The 192 area of Kissimmee than Davenport. Most vacation rental villas are located south of the City of Orlando and mainly clustered around the area south of Disney World. Being just minutes from I4 means we enjoy easy & fast access to Sea World, Universal Studios and all the Disney locations, as well as both coasts.

We are interested in buying property in Florida, but  haven’t decide on an area.  wouldn’t we be better staying in hotels and moving around?

If you’re coming to Florida looking for property to buy and are undecided on whether you want to buy your vacation home in Central Florida close to the theme parks or a beach front villa on the coast then our home is the ideal location to use as a base from which to explore, it is about a one hour drive west to the gulf coast and  driving east for a little over the hour will get you to the Atlantic Coast and Cape Canaveral. You can use it as a benchmark to compare the properties you are viewing and at the same time relax at the end of a day of house hunting. Rather than buy a new home off plan  we chose Sunridge Woods because it’s a safe and peaceful established community

We have a tight budget how can we get an even better deal? A  Don’t miss our last minute vacation deals, late booking rates could mean you stay in our rental home at a discounted rate or even half price. We only have the one house in Sunridge Woods so we closely monitor the upkeep and maintenance to ensure our high standards are maintained. Our aim is to ensure that you won’t find a better deal than we are offering in our Sunridge Woods home. Our Florida vacation home rental package is priced to build our customer base as we are a new business and we are hoping to build relationships with our customers so they come again to enjoy our vacation home and recommend us to their friends.

We are looking for a dream villa which has every convenience should we pay more to get it?

There are Villas which offer more and if we don’t meet with your requirements, you should be able to find one that does, but generally you can expect to pay more too.  As we only own one property we can’t satisfy every requirement but we believe we offer a villa rental package at a value that would be hard to beat by other similar vacation villas near Orlando.
